Just today, I was named among the June 2014 World’s top 100 Leadership Experts to Follow on Twitter by Evan Carmichael. Tjis comes just as the 2014 World Cup kicks off tonight (WAT GMT+1)

Getting Heard Audibly; Getting Visible Easily

Good day friend.

First, let me appreciate you for following my blog all these years. You are fantastic!

I want to briefly share my latest insights on visibility and audibility with you and I believe it will make a remarkable impact on your thinking.

Early in my career as a trainer and management consultant, I thought (unwisely) that I could reach my dreams by sheer intelligence and originality. I did not consider the intense impact of visibility and audibility. In these times when I've been appearing on radio and now going on TV in two days from now, I've enjoyed greater ease and speed. My credibility had soared more than all my combined efforts since 2012!

The lesson: Do all you can to be heard audible and to be seen vividly.

For some, that means engaging advertising, for some it is increasing your social media presence and activity, for others it means getting on the street and meeting the buyers of your dreams. Whatever visibility and audibility means to you, don't just sit out your dreams; do something to be seen and heard. Truth be told, it takes a lot but it is less expensive to not maximizing your potentials.

Folks who used to just think of me as an upcoming guy are regarding me as a serious player in my field just because I am more visible and audible. Friend, be seen and be heard. That's why the ladies who dress in dull colors marry (if ever they do) far later than those babes who dress in brightly colored clothes (pink, white, yellow, lilac etc). There's no profit in staying in oblivion; get heard and be seen. I'm imagining how much better things will get after the TV appearance.
